Managing Allegations Against Staff and Volunteers

If you would like to refer a case to the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) where it is alleged that a person working with children has:

  • behaved in a way that has harmed or may have harmed a child
  • possibly committed a criminal offence against or related to a child
  • behaved towards a child/ren in a way that indicated s/he is unsuitable to work with children

Please discuss the case with the Children and Families Contact Service by calling 020 7974 3317 who will direct your call to the Duty LADO. Following this call, if the threshold is met please complete the ‘LADO Agency Reporting Form’ below and email the form to LBCMASHadmin@camden.gov.uk or secure email: LBCMASHadmin@camden.gov.uk.cjsm.net
